SHIPPING & REFUND POLICIES

Processing and Shipping Times:

All orders will be processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout and will arrive in 3-10 days. A tracking number will be provided once order has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided during the checkout process. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft, or processed) in any way.

To start a return or exchange:

Contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours from delivery and provide a photo and/or video that indicates the problem and we will make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items:

Custom orders, personalized products, gift cards, perishable goods and personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Refunds:

We will notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your refund is approved, your refund will be issued in the manner in which you paid. Your bank controls the amount of time it takes for you to receive your refund, however, most see it in 7-10 business days.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages:

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, holidays, mishandling by the carrier or undeliverable addresses. Undeliverable addresses include packages that have incorrect or missing information, are refused, or returned to sender. There will be an additional fee to reship returned packages.
